A proprietary line of mechanical coil spring struts. We designed our struts to meet demanding, maintenance free applications where conventional gas struts fail. Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and unlike gas and pneumatic models, our struts have no internal gases or seals to fail.

Whether it is resistance against environmental contamination, high temperature (400°F/205°C+), high humidity, corrosion, or simply life cycle, our struts offer unmatched performance.

The following product lines are currently offered, with various load and stroke options:

• Standard Mechanical Spring Struts : Stainless steel construction, stainless steel springs, and M6 threaded ends
• High Load Mechanical Spring Struts: Stainless steel construction, carbon steel springs, and M8 threaded ends.
• Extension Mechanical Spring Struts: Both standard and high load configurations as per the standard strut, but with extending stroke instead of compression.
• Self Centering Mechanical Spring Struts: This option offers stroke in both directions from a mean point, comprising the standard and high load configurations.

Under development is a full line of dampening models (available now as custom-built samples).

All of our models are available with various end configurations.

Gen2 mStruts

Gen2mStruts are a new range of mechanical struts using standard “gas strut” components and high quality springs. Since the introduction to the world market of our mStruts and responding to our customers requests, we now have a generation 2 strut.

To provide a mid range product between standard gas strut and mStruts, standard components have been used in conjunction with high quality springs to offer a product that does not have the issues that sometimes occur with standard gas struts “no gas, no leaks, no failures”.

Due to size constraints not every application can be met but in conjunction with our engineering teams and some flexibility in mounting positions, this new range can resolve issues at a cost effective price.
